On Seasonal Employment in the Adventures Services Sector – Tools for Managing Work and Organizing Working Hours

Basic Information Package on Employment Matters for supervisors and entrepreneurs who apply the collective agreement of the Adventures services sector in employment relationships.

During the course day, participants will become familiar with the regulations concerning working hours, shift planning, and absences for employees in the adventures services sector, especially seasonal workers. We will also cover the key points related to drafting and modifying employment contracts, employment terms, and potential problem situations.

Course Objective:

The goal of the course is that by the end of the day, participants will understand the key employer obligations related to employment relationships and be able to resolve practical problems encountered in supervisory work.

• Drafting and modifying employment contracts
• Rights and obligations related to employment relationships
• Working time and working time system regulations for seasonal workers
• Determination of wages and factors that increase pay
• Incapacity for work and other absences
• Addressing problems and possibilities for terminating employment
