During the training we will focus on the provisions regarding working hours and the scheduling of shifts according to the Collective Agreement for the Hotel, Restaurant and Leisure Industry. The course introduces the possibilities for effective and sensible shift planning the collective agreement offers.

We will explore working time adjustment systems for full-time employees and how the working hours of part-time employees can be arranged using the average minimum working hours. We will also go through the regulations concerning annual holiday and days off and complete a few practical exercises.

Onsite participants will receive morning coffee, lunch, and an afternoon coffee.
